Kanti Skin · à la carte aesthetic treatments

Kanti Skin. The treatment menu.

The Kanti Focus is the bundled twelve-week non-invasive skin protocol inside a programme; Kanti Skin is the à la carte menu for guests who want individual treatments outside a Focus, injectables Dr Alexa Kerr deliberately does not include in the Focus (Botox, dermal fillers, thread lifts, biostimulators, PRP hair), or maintenance work between programme stays. Delivered by the same aesthetic team, in the same Kanti aesthetic suite inside Sama Clinic, using the same equipment set out on the Equipment page. All non-invasive treatments are bookable via the wellness reception; every injectable requires a thirty-minute intake consultation with Dr Alexa Kerr first.

One · how the menu works

Focus vs Menu vs Ayush spa — three routes into skin work.

A guest arriving at the hotel with an interest in skin has three distinct commercial products in front of them, and it matters that the difference is clean:

  • Kanti Focus (£1,200 recommended, bundled inside Pause / Reset / View). The twelve-week protocol — DUTCH panel + perimenopausal skin bloods + VISIA imaging + a sequenced course of medical-grade treatments + a written twelve-week take-home plan. Deliberately non-invasive; the point is a proper clinical read before any decision about injectables. Sold as part of a programme booking, not standalone.
  • Kanti Skin menu (à la carte, this page). Individual treatments bookable one at a time or as a course. This is where injectables live, where extra Hydrafacials for a hotel guest not on a Focus live, and where between-programme maintenance courses for returning Focus alumni live. Available to hotel guests, Discount Membership members (with the membership discount), and — case by case — non-guest Jersey clients through the Ayush spa's existing local booking channel.
  • Ayush spa treatments. Traditional Ayurvedic bodywork (abhyanga, shirodhara, marma-point therapy) — a different discipline entirely. The Kanti menu is aesthetic medicine; Ayush is Ayurvedic wellness. Some guests use both; the two teams schedule around each other rather than crossing.
Booking flow

Non-invasive treatments (Hydrafacial, medical peels, LED, dermaplaning, VISIA imaging): bookable directly via wellness reception. First-time guests on any resurfacing or energy-based treatment receive a complimentary 15-minute pre-treatment skin check from the on-shift aesthetician; existing guests skip this step.

Energy-based treatments (HIFU, RF microneedling, Morpheus8): first-time guests require a 30-minute intake consultation with Dr Alexa Kerr (£75, credited against the treatment fee if the guest proceeds). Return guests book directly.

Injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, thread lifts, PRP hair, biostimulators): every single treatment requires an intake consultation with Dr Alexa Kerr — no exceptions, no return-guest shortcut. Consultation £75, credited against the treatment.

Two · the menu

Treatments, sessions and prices.

All prices are indicative launch pricing benchmarked against Jersey and London private aesthetic-clinic rates. Course discounts apply to prepaid multi-session bookings only. Package pricing sits at the bottom of each section.

Delivered by the aesthetic team in the Kanti suite. First-time guests require the Dr Alexa Kerr intake (see booking flow above).

Bookable directly via wellness reception. First-time complimentary 15-min skin check offered.

Every injectable treatment requires a 30-minute intake consultation with Dr Alexa Kerr (£75, credited against the treatment). No return-guest shortcut — each new treatment plan is a fresh consultation.

Packages combine treatments at a materially better price than booking each separately. Bookable via wellness reception; delivery timing is designed around a real-life event or a maintenance year.

Three · commercial rationale

Why a menu, not just a Focus.

Three commercial reasons for the à la carte menu sitting alongside the Kanti Focus:

  • The half of the aesthetic market injectables serve. Botox and dermal filler are the single most-common private aesthetic treatments in the UK — the market is £2.75bn/yr and growing. Excluding them from a hotel that already has a qualified aesthetic doctor on site is leaving a real revenue line on the table for no clinical reason. The Focus stays non-invasive by design (it's a twelve-week protocol built around imaging + energy treatments + a take-home plan); the menu carries injectables so guests who want them have a proper on-site option instead of flying back to London for a maintenance top-up.
  • Non-programme hotel guests need a way in. A guest booking a night at the hotel for reasons unrelated to longevity — a corporate visitor in a South Wing studio, a Jersey local partner, a Discount Membership member without a Focus this stay — still has skin. The menu gives them access to Hydrafacials, LED, dermaplaning, a Hydrafacial Half-Day. Kanti Focus is only bookable inside a programme; Kanti Menu is bookable by any hotel guest at any time.
  • Between-programme maintenance is where the Focus alumni cohort compounds. A guest who does a Kanti Focus in Year 1 has a real reason to return for the "alumni maintenance year" package — four visits/year, £1,850. Over five years that is £9,250 of maintenance revenue on top of the £1,200 Focus fee, and the guest is on-property four times/year for accommodation + Ahara + Ayush spa spend on top. Menu turns the Focus into a repeat-revenue product rather than a one-off.
How this reads in the Forecast

Y1: Kanti Skin menu revenue lives inside the "Ayush Spa bookings — local + hotel guests + à la carte programme" line on the Forecast, because the Ayush spa department already handles à la carte bookings and the volumes are small at launch (mostly Focus alumni + curious hotel guests). Y2+ it should become its own revenue line — split out from Ayush once real booking data separates the aesthetic-medicine volume from traditional Ayurvedic bodywork. That split is a follow-up model iteration for Ryan.

Provisional Y1 take-up assumption: ~30 Focus alumni × 2 visits/year avg + ~200 non-programme hotel guests × 1 treatment/year avg = ~260 treatments/year, blended AAV (average booking value) £280 → ~£73k Y1 Kanti Skin revenue, growing to ~£220k by Y5 as alumni cohort compounds and maintenance-year packages land. Numbers directional pending real launch data.

Four · what's excluded from the menu

Where the aesthetic team says no.

  • No surgical procedures. The Kanti suite is a non-surgical clinical environment. Any procedure requiring general anaesthetic, an operating theatre, or overnight observation sits outside the menu. Guests who want surgical work are referred to established Jersey or London partners.
  • No cosmetic gynaecology. A separate specialism entirely; outside scope.
  • No body sculpting (CoolSculpting, LipoLaser, etc.). Kanti is skin, face and hair. Body composition sits with the Kaya Focus (measurement) and Vikrama Focus (training + nutrition) — not with aesthetic medicine.
  • No permanent makeup or cosmetic tattooing. Adjacent industry, different discipline, different clinical governance. Outside scope.
  • No treatments on minors. Kanti Skin is 18+ only, with a firm expectation of majority for all injectable and energy treatments. Non-invasive resurfacing on 16-17s only with parental consent and Alexa Kerr's clinical sign-off — vanishingly rare in practice.
Five · governance

Contraindications, cancellation, complaints.

Contraindications. The same clinical governance applies to every treatment on this menu as to the Kanti Focus — see the Kanti Focus page for the full contraindications list (recent injectable work, active acne/rosacea flare, isotretinoin within 12 months, photosensitising medications, pregnancy). Dr Alexa Kerr's intake surfaces the specific interactions.

Cancellation. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment; between 48 and 24 hours a 50% charge applies; inside 24 hours the full booking amount is charged. Rescheduling to a later date inside the same stay is free at any point subject to clinician availability.

Complaints and post-treatment support. Any concern in the 14 days following a treatment triggers a complimentary follow-up consultation with Dr Alexa Kerr. All treatments carry the aesthetic team's standard aftercare protocol (written, given at the point of treatment) and a 24-hour clinician contact line for anything acute. Formal complaints follow the Sama Clinic complaints procedure aligned with the Jersey Care Commission's Fitness of Registered Persons framework.

Consumables and margins. The menu prices are the outward-facing figures. The cost-and-margin build for each treatment sits inside the same accounting rows as the Kanti Focus in the Forecast's Sama Clinic departmental P&L — same aesthetic-team payroll, same clinical consumables line, same equipment amortisation. Kanti Skin adds volume to those existing cost lines rather than creating new ones.
